Drop Crowder? Help me improve my team

I'm in a 14-team .5PPR keeper league.

 

We start QB-2RB-3WR-TE-Flex-K-D and have 5 bench spots. Because it's a 14-teamer and we start so many guys, the ww is usually pretty thin and it's a frenzy to get the highly-sought-after free agents. 

 

$500 FAAB money for ww pickups (I still have all of mine). In addition, each transaction costs $5 of real money, which goes into the kitty.

 

I want to improve my team without being frivolous. I'm off to a 2-0 start but we all know what complacency will do...

 

Here's my current roster:

QB: Rivers

RB: Gurley, Kamara, Hyde, Cohen, Ekeler

WR: Evans, Hilton, Crowder, Cole, Matthews

TE: Burton, Seferian-Jenkins

K: Butker

D: JAX

 

I'd like to pick up Fitzpatrick this week because Rivers is facing LAR, but I'd also like to pick up Callaway. Problem is, my only truly expendable guy seems to be Matthews. I know people will immediately say "Drop ASJ" BUT he seems to be coming on a little bit. In addition, I will need a bye week substitute for Burton in week 5 and don't want to have to spend $10 and be back where I started in 3 weeks (assuming I'm even able to get ASJ back after I drop him). Jags will be playing the Chiefs and will probably involve ASJ quite a bit.

 

So, I guess this is a 3-part question. 

1) Should I drop Crowder, who seems to have no role whatsoever in that offense, for either Fitzpatrick or Callaway? If so, then I can drop both him and Matthews and get both guys.

2) If not, and I only drop Matthews, which guy should I pick up: Fitzpatrick or Callaway?

3) How much FAAB would you shell out for either/both of the above guys?

and also

4) Would you pick up Taywan Taylor over Callaway?

1.  Drop Crowder

2.  Fitzmagic is the better pick up right now

3.  Not too much, 12% on Fitz and the same on Callaway

4.  No, Callaway
