If I'm required to start one of these guys every week I'd probably take Dissly. If it's my backup TE I'd probably take Watson. He's more feast/famine, but a WAY better offense and when they play someone with a decent corner, Thomas will have off days and someone else has to step up - first place I'd look is Watson.
