I think it has to be imminent. He went out of his way to create a problem where there was none. This chick wanted nothing from him. Impossible for him to deny after the guy from SI verified the numbers involved in the thread. Plus the lawyer never denied it and said he did not advise AB to communicate with her. This is a text book narcissistic control tactic over her but it was unneeded which aggravates the situation.

What a POS this guy turned out to be. How he is still allowed to play right now is another black eye for the NFL imo. If the Patriots were smart they cut this guy loose. As far as we know, they weren’t aware of the sexual assault allegations or the new situation with the painter. I would think that would be grounds to terminate his contract
