Just curious what other Huddlers think.  I am just going somewhat off the top of my head here, so these may be poor choices. Assume 0.5 PPR

1. Christian McCaffrey

2. Saquon Barkley

3. Michael Thomas

4.  Dalvin Cook

5.  Derek Henry

6.  Aaron Jones

7.  Nick Chubb (assuming Hunt gone)

8.  Ezekiel Elliott

9.  Chris Godwin

10. Alvin Kamara

11. Josh Jacobs

12. DeAndre Hopkins

Honorable mentions:  Julio Jones, Lamar Jackson, Travis Kelce, Miles Sanders, Davante Adams, Austin Ekeler (assuming Gordon gone)

I agree although cmc has had high volumes for 2 years. If it was me I'd take Barkley first.  This is my list but I think he'll be consensus #1

CMC will definitely be the #1 pick and I hope he has a great year, but history is not on his side when a player get this many touches.

The Way To Early 2020 Fantasy Football Rankings (Complete).

Thanks for sharing LC.  Looks like a fair amount of similarity.  I just can't take Mike Evans as a #1 personally.  If Jameis is back he is guaranteed at least a decent season but he's so inconsistent.  I can understand ranking Henry lower and he probably should be. And personal feeling is Henry is going to drop off quite a bit once he gets paid.  I would rather choose a younger hungrier RB than one who just got paid.  For instance Miles Sanders will be on my radar early.  Devin Singletary, etc. Maybe not first round, but soon.

History is most definitely not on his side and presuming he is human will eventually end.  I personally think though he will last longer than usual because of his body type, how he reacts to hits, etc.  It's amazing how few jarring hits he seems to take because he's a relatively short ball of muscle and protects himself so well, and his compete level is off the charts.  So I wouldn't be shocked if he can keep this up for a fair amount longer than most.  But eventually injury and age will make it impossible to keep it up like he has, no doubt.

Yeah, their list is a little sketchy to say the least. There are a ton of ifs.
