League_Champion
I don't think bringing in a head coach with no NFL experience is a good thing for Jacksonville or Trevor Lawrence.

Tebow is the most successful Broncos qb that Denver drafted How are you defining that success? Is it their record in games started, Tebow is 8-

I know that their most successful winning QBs (who won SBs) were not drafted by DEN (Peyton & Elway), but did see some guys they drafted (Siemian & Griese) that had decent careers. They were also close to 50% in winning percentage.

This is the right answer, along with the Gator angle. Not sure how the Urban experience will translate to Jacksonville. Hopefully better than Spurrier did. How will the stress of the NFL affect a stressed out college coach? https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/30686452/jaguars-urban-meyer-answer-questions-health-handling-losing
