purplemonster
My hope Is that this speeds up the replay/review process. It takes them way too long to make a really basic decision that you can see almost immediately on video. I don't think that they will be over turning any major calls but they will be handling the dry technical stuff so the refs can move faster. I hope anyway Edited April 17, 2021 by purplemonster
stevegrab
Anything that gets rid of simple mistakes and can speed up the game is a positive. I get the onside kick issue but not a fan of some of the gimmicks that have have been proposed, and hate the college OT rule. Its like MLB with the runner on 2nd in extra innings, feels like a gimmick that shouldn't be in a major sport, better suited for something like XFL.
