That wouldn't stop them from announcing the deal now. And if there was any type of deal in place it would involved this year's draft picks along with future assets. They wouldn't wait to accumulate assets.

Let's play... what team could he get traded to?

Rumors are that gb not trade him in the nfc. Do y'all agree?

Hey! Can't a fella dream?

He wouldn't win a dam thing with that team anyway. If he thought GB had no talent, what would he think of Philly's garbage roster?

SF was out the second they gave up two #1 picks to get Lance. Whoever lands him will have to give up a ton. It will probably be the biggest draft package ever.

Ahem, no I believe that record will stay with the Vikings when they traded for Herschel Walker. One of the all-time worst trades in all of sports

Ohh yeah. That will be hard to beat, especially nowadays. I forget exactly what Ditka gave up for Ricky Williams but I think it was a whole draft.

Yes but it was one whole draft. That really isn't that much

The Vikings gave up two good players three first-round draft picks 3 seconds and something else. I mean maybe Rodgers could get four first round draft picks? But I doubt it and even then it still wouldn't probably equal the deal. The Vikings basically made the Cowboys dynasty of the 90s, granted they did draft well.

Wow, I didn't realize it was that much. That will be hard to beat. If it was a younger Rogers, maybe.

There will never be another trade like this again. Incredible deal that lead to the dominance of the Cowboys in the 90s.

I would play the long game with this ARod rumor. The salary cap hit goes down >$10 million if he's traded after June 1. So everyone just R-E-L-A-X and let this play out.

Where's the fun in that ;)

Rodgers won't be traded, he won't hold out, he won't retire, he will be the Packers starting QB in week 1 of the 2021 season.

Well, if anyone does, other than the brass, it'd be him.

I tend to agree but what makes you so sure? He's 37 years old, if he doesn't want to be there, he won't be there. At this point I'm 60/40 he's back. The riff is real.

I had thought he would not be back, but because he gave an ultimatum ... Fire gm ... He'll be back because he's too weak to truly stand his ground.

If he doesn't publicly state that he's done with gb, then he's allowing himself an "out"
