Keeper Help

Who should I keep as my sole keeper? Each team gets 1 keeper. Antonio Gibson with pick #32 (3rd round) which becomes pick #40 with other keepers or TJ Hockenson with pick #128 (11th round)

 

League is 12 teams, PPR, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE and 1 Flex.
 

scoring is 1 PPR, 1 point every 20 receiving, 1 point every 15 rushing

Gibson for sure. I like Hockenson a lot but that’s too good value for Gibson.

Better chance of upgrading or staying pat with TJ than finding a Gibson in the 3rd.

With the value, I'd keep Gibson. And you may still be able to get Hockenson if you really want him.

Thanks for all the help. I disregarded everyone's advice and kept Hockenson. I was trying to talk myself out of it but my X-Value analysis kept saying to keep Hockenson. My team ended up;

2. Mixon

3. Allen Robinson

4. DJ Moore

5. Chase Edmonds

6. Michael Thomas

7. Kenny Golladay

8. Michael Carter

9. Nyheim Hines

10. Jalen Hurts

11. TJ Hockenson

12. Curtis Samuel

13. David Johnson

14. Denver DEF

 

So I ended up getting Allen Robinson at the pick I would've kept Gibson and am happy with the outcome.

I don’t know, not having Hock isn’t going to make or break your team.

 

Personally, I’d rather have

 

1. Hill

2. best WR available 

3. Gibson

4. ARob or equivalent

Yea I was torn and kept going back and forth. Andrews and Pitt both went in round 4 so I would've ended up with like Gesicki as a late round TE.

 

In your scenario I would've got.

1. Hill

2. Ridley

3. Gibson

4. DJ Moore (who I drafted)
