Now you've got me thinking about some of our own local, more uncommon fare.

A few really good Creole dishes I grew up on:

Daube Spaghetti

Shrimp spaghetti

Redfish courtboullion

and a Vancleave special! That restaurant in the article was in my old neighborhood on the Point in Biloxi. Rosetti's had THE best poboys anywhere around.

I’ll be firing up my Ooni pizza oven at some point in the next few weeks! I don’t cook just pizza in it either. Have done Stromboli, garlic knots, steaks and veggies on cast iron and roasted marshmallows over the fuel hopper once it’s cooling down.
