.5ppr dynasty league 12 man Damien Pierce for James Conner. My other rbs are a.jones, Harris, sanders, Brian Robinson.

Tough call - Pierce is getting a lot of hype, but it's still Houston and how effective will they be at the run, and how long will they stick with Pierce.

If more win now, Conner is the play as he should be the more productive back this year - if borderline playoff/rebuild team, Pierce would be preferred

I think there is a lot of things to like about Pierce, and he will likely return value pretty quickly given Houston lack of other options, but Conner is still more valuable now and for the next few seasons.  While Pierce is younger, he's also on a team that will be playing from behind--and thus throwing the ball--a lot.  This season, next season, perhaps every season from now until eternity.  Houston is looking like the new Cleveland.

Are you in win now mode? Because those aren't win now RBs that you have. Since it's dynasty I'd do it, it's all about upside and Conner can fall off a cliff at anytime. Maybe get them to throw in a pick or something extra to.

I'd rather have Pierce. I like Conner, but I think last year was his one year of high production/healthy enough to play most of the games. And Lovie Smith loves himself a good run game to take pressure off the defense.
