kicker conspiracy
10 team league - 1/2 pt PPR. I draft in 5th spot. Looking to draft Jefferson or Kupp in first, ideally Kamara or Kelce in second. Fill in with second tier RBs later in draft. Think Kelce produces at least as well as last year with Hill replaced with MVS and JuJu? League_Champion
I'd wait a few rounds and target Pitts. If he's not there wait and get an Ertz or Freirmuth type later on.
tdybaz
Pitts won't be there after the 3rd round in most cases. And yeah I do think Kelce will produce well this year, even w/o Tyreek there they'll lean on Kelce as the most dependable receiver they have. His YPC might go down because they'll be able to focus more on him and bracket him with a linebacker and safety, but his catches should stay about the same IMO
8rattoon
I think there are going to be a lot of sleepers this yr at TE. Depending on your starting requirements, taking Kelce mid-second could be fine or it could leave you too thin at RB and WR. Barring injury, he's going to be a top-2 TE again, but personally I don't like taking TEs that early. If you decide to take him there, make sure you wait on QB. If you start reaching for QBs & TEs early then you'll find yourself very thin when it's all over
Montana is da Man
Id look for Pitts a round later or wait longer on a te
The Badfinger
I took him with the 16th overall pick (2.06). I passed over Diggs, but already had JJ and loaded up with a bunch of young guys late in the draft (used the same strategy last year when I got Chase, Waddle and D Smith all after the 7th round). seh0872
I'm usually in the camp of passing on the Kelce because I don't like the opportunity cost of giving up the chance to get a top-tier RB or WR to take him (or Andrews for that matter). I think this is especially true if you take Kupp or JJeff in the first. But...that is also because I am not a fan of the Zero RB strategy AND I've never played 10-man leagues, so take my advice with a grain of salt. But, no matter the format, I think reasonable value can be had farther down the draft board for TE.
