1fastdoc
10 team dynasty PPR league. QB, WR x 3, RB x 2, TE, FLEX x 2, D/ST. We draft up to 25 then cut down to 22. Williams is on IR so I only need to cut 2 people, probably 1 if Robinson winds up on IR too. I'm thinking Gesicki although if he winds up passing short dumps from Tua he'd be good trade bait. QB: Herbert, Hurts WR: T Hill, A Thielen, M Thomas, DJ Moore, M Williams, D Mooney, J Waddle, K Osborn, C Olave, K Turpin, J Tolbert, Jameson Williams (IR) RB: A Ekeler, J Mixon, M Gordon, D Montgomery, C Edmonds, B Robinson Jr (maybe IR) TE: M Gesicki, K Pitts, D Schultz Def: TB, NE
tdybaz
you're really deep at WR, I'd drop Turpin

In prior years I was deep at RB and it's swayed the other way. With all the RBBC out there, playing 5 WR seems to get me the highest point average (and the championship). Usually at least 2 of them have great games. Turpin was my last pick because, well, I had to pick somebody. But also because I saw the Dallas game where he had 86 and 98 TD returns. He reminds me of Tyreek Hill. Figured maybe in dynasty he'd pan out in a year. Osborn is my backup to Thielen. I really don't know anything about Tolbert. Big Country
Turpin is the easy drop. Don't drop Tolbert, he has a decent chance of being pretty solid. Unless there is a compelling reason not to, I'd drop one of the defenses rather than drop a position player.

This, I rarely carry 2 defenses or 2 kickers in our 12 team league, and several other owners over the years have done the same. Both positions have limited scoring and are not easy to predict, and there's even less need of a backup for injury purpose at D. As the bye week approaches I look to add one, and sometimes find a comparable or better option that has already had their bye.
