PSMike
Wasnt my intention, but ended up with a Dolphins heavy team last night in an auction. Already had Waddle and then snagged Hill for $35 just because I thought it was cheap. Oh, and have Gesicki too lol Carr / Winston Najee / D Harris / Henderson / J Robinson / Drake / Pacheco Jefferson / Tyreek / Waddle / Gage / Doubs Gesicki / H Henry So basically im looking to deal Hill or Waddle. Some ideas im looking at: Hill for a) Deebo b) Cee Dee Waddle for a) Sutton b) Pittman Jr c) M Williams Which Hill trade do you like best? Likewise which Waddle one and what is best overall in your opinion? Thanks guys!
stevegrab
I think Lamb and Deebo are very close. I prefer Pittman over Williams, with Sutton a distant 3rd I'd rather keep Hill than Waddle, so I'd offer Waddle for Pittman or Williams. PSMike
Thanks, Steve. Im probably overvaluing Sutton as he was someone I targeted but didnt get. You said "distant" - would you NOT do that trade if given the chance? I know the Williams owner likes Waddle so that might be the most likely deal. Need to sound the Pittman owner out in the meantime...

By distant I mean Sutton is ranked significantly below Williams/Pittman and I really like Pittman this year so I'd prefer him over a slightly higher ranked Williams. I would still do the trade Waddle for Sutton. The rankings I am using have Hill/Lamb/Deebo all very close together, while the Williams/Pittman pair are close, with Sutton about 5 spots later, and Waddle almost 10 below that. So it could be Sutton is the best you can do.
League_Champion
I'd much rather have Pittman over Waddle. Throw it out there, see if it sticks.

Big Country
Sutton/Waddle is a pretty even swap. I wouldn't mind running both Hill/Waddle if needed, not ideal, but the metrics/analytics out there support the idea that both can be viable low end WR1/high end WR2s, just likely quite a bit of volatility there. Worst case you roll both out early in the season then trade one of them after a big game and their value peaks. Sutton could be a huge hit this year with Wilson. He has produced decently with far from stellar QB play, and his game meshes well with Wilson's game. His ADP has been soaring lately, he's regularly going ahead of Pittman and especially Williams at FFPC/Underdog, though his overall ADP is just behind them. 1fastdoc
I popped into this thread out of curiosity as I had Waddle and Gesicki in my dynasty league because I liked the players, not the team. I dumped Tua and Gaskin mid last season. I also had a KC WR and an AZ RB. Now I have four Dolphins: Waddle, Gesicki, Hill and Edmonds, lol. There's a lot of guys here who are smarter and better at this than me. From age and experience, Hill is a better player. But, Waddle is solid and just as gifted. I'll bet with Tua as QB in PPR, Waddle will have a higher floor than Hill and could easily outscore him for the season unless Hill has a couple explosive games. From your options, I would drop Hill or Waddle for Lamb because he's in a better situation than both. But if it's a more balanced swap, I'd be more inclined to trade away Hill.
