Trade For Mark Andrews?

Thinking of offering something like this. Want to take advantage of Andrews' below average performance and upgrade at TE. Thoughts? Who wins? 

I give: Pittman, Bateman, Freiermuth

I get: Andrews, Cooks

 

My team (10 team, 0.5 PPR):

QB: Hurts

RB: Mixon, Etienne, Dillon, Edmonds

WR: Jefferson, Pittman, Sutton, Kirk, Bateman, Skyy Moore

TE: Freiermuth, Irv Smith, Albert O

I don't know.  The guy who is willing to get rid of Andrews off of a single not-great performance is probably the same guy who won't accept Bateman for the same reason and who'll potentially overvalue Cooks.  I'm not sure that Freirmuth is enough to sway him, so essentially this is a Pittman for Andrews trade.

Its worth a try though, as in reality its a pretty even trade, probably even just ever-so-slightly tipped in favor of your trading partner.

So a good trade offer isn't just the balance of talent, but if they meet the other team's needs too. You're giving good value w/Pittman, and okay with 'Muth and Bateman, but does he need WR help? If not, then why would he say yes to that and give up the best player in the trade in Andrews?
