When White started 4 games last year, Carter put up double digit pts all 4 games. The first 2 games he had 8 and 9 receptions. Only 1 and 4 the other 2 games but that coincided with White's success tailing off. We've had good running games since then in some years, good receivers too while Sanchez was there... but QB and TE... horrible. Defense was real good for a while with Rex and then bad.
