Khyree Jackson, 4th round draft pick CB of Vikings passed away

Preliminary reports said he was a passenger in a car where all 3 occupants died after being hit by another car where an investigation is ongoing that the driver of that car may have been intoxicated.

ETA: a 3rd car was also involved, but the car that hit them was going "at a high rate of speed".

There was a candlelight vigil last night then a fatal shooting occurred there.

The shooting was after the vigil at his High School in Baltimore.  A person open fired in the parking lot of the High School killing a man and wounding a woman.

It isn't that uncommon though, I've seen reports locally (Cleveland/Akron) of these vigils for somebody that was killed becoming violent, be it retribution or something else. Just far too many young urban people walking around armed, ready to kill others over the slightest thing. There was an incident at a popular lakefront park in Cleveland, with a dozen or more kids pulling out guns, and several of them shooting. The surveillance video has allowed the police to identify many of them and issue warrants for arrest.

Problem solving, using one's god given brain, has gone out the window.  Can't just walk away, no, gotta kill someone they don't agree with, or are pressured to kill to be part of the group...it's insanity.
