Anyone in particular?

I think the problem with top 15 is they are already doing well, i would try to get someone who hasn't been having a down year like Tyreek or Waddle who will bounce back and have some big weeks for cheaper than what you will need to pay for someone up top.  But I see you have Waddle and a Miami RB so I wouldn't go too heavy that way unless their schedule gets really easy for playoff time

Personally I don't think I would do that, I get Lamb hasn't done much but you are giving up a stud WR and workhorse RB for a WR that wasn't even on Lamb's level since he has Kupp there to eat a bunch of targets.  I know Puka is a monster as well, but if you are looking at playoffs Lamb has Carolina and the Bucs in the playoff run

He's trying to play hard ball. Puka for Chase or Jacobs straight up, ok. Puka and Breece for Lamb and one of the Rb's, ok.

which option you leaning best? I would love to get out of lamb but dont wanna sell myself short either

I like Puka and Breece for your Lamb and Jacobs, or if he counters for Chase Brown instead.
