late trade

I think trading a stud RB for a stud TE is a bad deal. RB's are worth more.

In your case it may be good to upgrade your TE for the play-offs. My question would be, who are your back up RB's and what are is your scoring system?

Is this a keeper league?

I need more info...

Standard scoring system. Back RB are L Jordon, D Staely, T Ducket.

My concern is if Marin goes down. Not a keeper league. :D

Thanks for the reply,

Cheers

I would offer Staley and one of you TE first for Gonzalez. If he accepts, pick up Dominic Rhodes for insurance. He may not go for it though.

If he says no, compare future match-ups for McGehee, Martin and Edge. Do any of these have lots of bad match-ups?? Offer that RB, I would hesitate though with Edge. I'd start him against anyone.

The owner that gets Mcgehee for Gonzalez gets the better of the deal but if it helps you, which it should, go for it.

I've often traded stud back-up RB's for starters at other positions. A stude RB may be worth more than a WR or TE, but what good is that player going to do for you on the bench. What the hell, roll the dice.

Just make sure you have RB insurance, which you do. YOu may want to add Dominic Rhodes if you have or could make any room. Let me know what you do...
