siran888
My playoffs are this week and I can/will start 4 rbs. S. Alexander will be in the lineup- but of these 5 which other three do i start? Onterrio Smith at Seattle Larry Johnson at Tennessee (assuming Blaylock is out) Thomas Jones at Jacksonville Nick Goings at St. Louis Pittman at SD Considering Thomas' matchup and his prior performance, I don't think I'll start him, so its really which 3 do I pick (the rest all have good matchups) - I'll consider argument for T. Jones. PS.I do not play in a powderpuff league. I draftedrbs with my first four picks and pittman late in the draft. Goings and Johnsons were fortunate pickups a few weeks before each became of value.
mls13
I have Thomas Ones too. Forget him. I'd go with Smith (although watch for Tice statements, he's going to spell him more for Bennett supposedly), LJ for sure, and Goings for sure. Pittman is tough but that SD matchup will be more difficult than the others. Please check out my post about McAllister. Thanks My playoffs are this week and I can/will start 4 rbs. S. Balzac
It's an odd time in FFL land when Goings is the best bet among that crop of RBs. After him I'd go with LJ (assuming Blaylock will be limited, though I think that it was just announced that the former will be starting) and then Onterrio (if healthy). If you're in a ppr league, you may want to give Pittman a second look. I know that SD shut down Droughns, but Pittman is a completely different kind of back (relying on speed as opposed to power). Tatum Bell (who is more comparable to Pittman) did ok against SD. I don't think Pittman will light it up by any stretch but if you get points per reception, a mediocre game for him can become a nice start if he grabs 4 or 5 balls.
