geaux4LSU
First game of playoffs and here are my starters. Would you make any changes in WR or TE? Manning at Houston LT vs TBAY McGahee vs Cleveland Mason vs KC Kennison at Tennessee Wiggins vs Seattle Akers at Washington Steelers vs NY Jets Bench Vick vs Oakland Blaylock at Tennessee Coles vs Philly Robinson vs Seattle Boldin vs San Fran Ward vs NY Jets Heap vs NY Giants Thank You
bent520
benching ward for kennison is a longshot but try it.
Wolverines Fan
IMhO, you have your best starting lineup in. Good luck.
Monsters Of The Midway
I'd consider Heap over wiggins.
darin3
I would also consider Heap over Wiggins (bigger upside). And don't bench Ward. C'mon. Kennison is ALWAYS hit or miss. Pull Kennison out and play your stud WR. He hasn't played like it all that much this season, but you can bet your bottom dollar he will against the Jets. whodey
Your lineup looks ok, but I would never start Kennison over Ward. The Jets have a good D but the Steelers return to Heinz Field and have a lot to play for. The Titans secondary is soft and Samari Rolle is out....but in my mind there would have to be a lot more reasons than that to bench Hines. Good luck

And I know Ward is a stud, but lets face the facts here Big Ben doesn't put up numbers like Trent Green could and does. I think Ben has the potential, but he looks like a guy to put up like 190 yards and maybe 2 TD's per week. Not to mention with the RB situation in KC means they will be forced to throw the ball. Could be a shootout in Tennessee on Monday night. But you are making me think about this more.

If you like Wiggins over Heap then start Wiggins. Bottom line: we don't care. You asked for opinions, we gave 'em to ya. We're not going to sit here and argue with you. Do what you want. With Moss back, completely healthy, Wiggins has been looked to less and less. His yardage totals over the past two weeks have been somewhat impressive (55 and 73 yards), but his catches (4 and 4) have tailed off significantly since Moss was out. Heap had 3 catches in his first game back; a game where he was only slated to get 15-20 snaps. Heap has more UPSIDE... that's all I said... and that I'd CONSIDER it. Wiggins is a lock for 4 or so catches, but Moss is Daunte's red zone target. As for Ward. The guy was drafted in the second round in most leagues, yeah? Tough to bench guys - despite their trends - like that. He had 80 and a touchdown against Jacksonville. Not bad numbers. Aside from a 4-game stretch dating back to Week 7, he's had pretty solid reception numbers (no less than 6 Week 1-6). Kennison, on the other hand, can disappear. He's truly a hit-or-miss type. He's had games where he catches 1 ball. He has games where he catches 3, but for big yards. And then there will be the instance where he catches 8 for big yards... but that is RARE. So, which Kennison will show up? The 1 catch guy? The 3 catch guy? Or can he go off two weeks in a row? I figure he'll be somewhere in the middle. Personally, I'd go with the guy with the track record; but you're right, MNF does something to playmakers. Might just be worth the risk of sitting a once-stud (Ward), for a guy that potentially could be big (Kennison).
geaux4LSU
I like your analogy on Heap this week and I might consider starting him, but I am going to monitor Moss's injury. As for my receivers they seem to all be hit or miss: Ward vs NY Jets - great game last week but is Plaxico back, plus Jets secondary is pretty good. Kennison at Tennessee - with the RB situation in KC, will they look to throw more? Mason vs KC - Mason is better with McNair I feel because it seems that Volek looks to Bennett alot more. Coles vs Philly - He Sux Robinson - Will Moss play? Boldin - This guy could be a sleeper play because now that McKown has been named the starter, he might go to him more often against that porous San Fran D. At any rate I go through this crap weekly with my WR's and usually flip a coin with one of the above mentioned to play with Mason.
