SNOWBOUND33
I had been inquiring about Wayne from a guy who decided he was out of it going into our last week before playoffs. We have $260 to spend in our 2 player keeper/2 player topper league. This owner originally offered Wayne for $25. Or $40 for Wayne and Alexander. I don't need Alexander so I offered either Chambers or Williams and $12 for Wayne. (I already spent some money on a J.Lewis trade (Ugh) so my money is tight.) I figured I wouldn't get him for that and that's OK. Realistically, myself and one other guy has a shot to sneek into the last playoff spot based on total yr. pts. Then I see a trade go through..... Guy I'm beating but competing with for the spot gives: A-Train (backup) and Burress (out) +$25 For: Wayne and Alexander I'm not saying veto but is this lopsided? pzarvell
Don't have near enough info to give an opinion, but if it is lopsided, so? I'm guessing this $25 isn't actual money but salary cap money?
Hondop
yeah, I'm not sure how it works. maybe he's thinking about keeping Burress (not a bad idea given Ben seems to like him, if he doesn't have better recievers) I dunno, maybe he really really wanted money. SNOWBOUND33
I shouldn't have bothered posting this because it would take about three pages to explain this leagues history, but it doens't mesh with the way other trades involving next yrs. cap money have gone down. example: LT2 and J. Walker for Duce and Djax That one included $70!!!!!!!!
