CBSportsline Commish

Recommended Posts

I am wondering if anyone can help me with the set up for free agency in CBSportsline. Our league has always had a first come/first serve rule with free agents. This year we are going to implement a waivers process. I'm a bit confused on how to do this.

What I want is to have Tuesdays be the day when you can put in a claim for a free agent and Wednesday morning have those requests processed. The rest of the week I would like there to be a first come/first serve basis including Wednesdays. I just don't want to screw it up and then have to adjust after the season starts.

I have selected the add/drop policy to "use a waivers process to do add/drops". Do I select all the days for waivers to run? Should the waivers period be set for one day?

Any help would be great. Thanks a lot.

RF - I'm commish of a league ran on CBS and we run a waiver wire every Wednesday night (gives two days for owners to preselect their waiver choices in order). We then do first come, first serve until gametime on Sunday.

Here is how my set-up is:

Add/Drop Policy - use a waiver process to do add/drops

Waivers Run - I have Wed checked (you would check Tuesday if that's when you want it to run)

Waivers Period - 1 Day Max Claims/Week - 1

Waivers Order Resets: Every week based on reverse order of standings

Hope this helps...PM me if you need additional help.
