help picking keepers

Recommended Posts

I asked this several months ago but now its time to turn in keepers we have to have narrowed to 7 next week...then 5 the week after that...Just wanted to see if any ideas have changed with recent news and develpments

I am in a 12 team 5 keeper league....all 6 point tds....5 point bonus at 100 rushing or recieving with 1 point every 25 yards...If you had to pick 5 from this list today who would it be...QB 1 point every 50 yards 5 points at 250, 3 points at 300

Hassellbeck

Collins

Holmes

Tomlison

Dillon

Steven Jackson

Travis Henry

Ricky Williams

Chad Johnson

Roy Williams

I Bruce

K McCardell

Jerivicious

Doug Jolley

Jason Whitten

Graham

Wilkens

Seahawks

We start 1 QB, 2 RB's, 2 WR's 1 flex at RB or WR, 1 TE, K and Def.....I was leaning towards Tomlinson, Holmes, Dillon SJ and CJ....but not sure about Henry and Whitten....Of course Collins is intriguing too

I have also been offered Alexander and Carson Palmer for Priest and my 6th round pick (6) which is our 1st round...Do I do this trade

Or give priest for Alexander and swap 6th round picks, even if you have to move down. Picking up Palmer doesn't help, unless you do the trade after keepers are due and Plamer is one of his keepers and you get him for your draft pick, even then awful early for Carson Palmer.

Ok...I would have to do this trade after keepers are set....I cant swap cause he would move down and I would move up....So I would basically be swapping Holmes for Alexander and giving the 6th pick in the 6th round of the draft So Carson would be the 66th player taken in the draft....Looks like Bulger and Green might be there at my 6th round spot but I like the Palmer to Johnson hook up....still a little un sure
