Hey guys, please read the details below. I will be starting back up my old league that I held on Nascar.com through the Fantasy Live game like 4 or 5 years ago. This is a very fun league where everyone competes to get into the playoffs then has to survive the playoffs to be crowed the Legends of Nascar Champion. 22 Teams
26 Regular Season Races (Race 1 – Race 26)
10 Playoff Races (Race 27 – Race 36), 12 Teams Make The Playoffs
4 Elimination Rounds

Playoff Points:
The points below are given out for each of the 26 regular season races if you finish in the top 7 of that particular race. These points are called “Playoff Points” mainly because these are the only points that carry over into the playoffs. When the playoffs start, however many playoff points you have accumulated is what you start out with in round 1. These playoff points carry over into round 2 and round 3 if you make it. These points do not carry over into the final round which is race 36.
1st Place – 15 Playoff Points
2nd Place – 9 Playoff Points
3rd Place – 8 Playoff Points
4th Place – 7 Playoff Points
5th Place – 6 Playoff Points
6th Place – 5 Playoffs Points
7th Place – 4 Playoffs Points
Please Note: If there are ties to any spots in the top 7 for each race then the amount of positions tied will be added up and then divided by the number of teams tied. For example, 3 teams are tied for 3rd place. We would add 3rd, 4th, and 5th place playoffs points given out (8 + 7 + 6 = 21) then divide it by 3 (# of teams tied) to get 7. That means the 3 teams would each receive 7 playoff points.
Playoff Elimination Bracket:
26-Race Regular Season
Ways to get into Playoff Elimination Bracket
- Win at least 2 races during regular season
- Remaining spots are filled by total points accumulated in regular season on fantrax
- If two are more teams are tied getting into the playoffs then we will go by average finish during regular season, then most playoff points, then highest week total in fantrax during regular season (excluding playoff points).
Round of 12 (Races 27, 28, & 29)
- All 12 teams start this round with the accumulated playoff points from the 26-race regular season
- If you win in this round you advance to the Round of 9
- The 3 lowest scoring teams in this round are eliminated
- If there is a tie for an eliminating spot then we go by most points in regular season on fantrax then by most wins in regular season on fantrax then by most playoff points in regular season
Round of 9 (Races 30, 31, & 32)
- All 9 teams start this round with the accumulated playoff points from regular season and round of 12
- If you win in this round you advance to the Round of 6
- The 3 lowest scoring teams in this round are eliminated
- If there is a tie for an eliminating spot then we go by most points in regular season on fantrax then by most wins in regular season on fantrax then by most playoff points in regular season & round of 12
Round of 6 (Races 33, 34, & 35)
- All 6 teams start this round with the accumulated playoff points from regular season, round of 12, and round of 9
- If you win in this round you advance to the Round of 3 (Final Round)
- The 3 lowest scoring teams in this round are eliminated
- If there is a tie for an eliminating spot then we go by most points in regular season on fantrax then by most wins in regular season on fantrax then by most playoff points in regular season, round of 12, & round of 9

Round of 3 (Final Round) (Race 36)
- Only points from race 36 are counted and the remaining teams are ranked 1-3. There are no playoff points that carry over to this round.
Consolation Playoffs:
The teams that did not make the playoffs will compete in the consolation. All teams that didn’t make the playoffs will start off with their playoff points accumulated in the regular season. There will be no elimination rounds so the team that scores the most points from race 27-race 36 with the accumulated playoff points from the regular season will win the Consolation Prize.
