Kid Cid Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 I just discovered this way to grill salmon, many of you probably already know this one. 4 6-8 oz salmon fillets 4 cedar planks teriyaki sauce Marinate in teriyaki sauce for 1 hour. Soak cedar planks in water for 1 hour Preheat grill to 350 degrees (indirect low heat). Place a fillet on each plank and place in grill away from direct flame. Close cover and grill for 12 minutes.
