I have myself quite the dilema. I've been offered a trade of Ronnie Brown and Antonio Gates for Edgerrin James. With Indy possibly resting their stars in Week 15-17, I'm thinking this might not be too big a gamble to make for my playoff run. I'm currently 9-1 in my league, and trading Edge is a HUGE step, especially since he's gotten me this far. Before I go on, here's my roster. I start 1 QB, 3 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE and the Normal K and Defense. QB: Palmer, Warner RB: Edge, F. Taylor, G Jones, C Brown, T Henry, Duckett, M. Morris WR: Holt, Mason, Mi Clayton, Ferguson, B Jones TE: Shockey As you can see, my starting lineup is usually, Palmer, Edge, Taylor/Jones, Brown, Holt and Shockey. If I made the trade, I upgrade at TE and downgrade at RB. Should I stay with what I have or make the gamble? I think Ronnie Brown will be come the premire RB once Miami is out of the running because Saban will want to look to the future and Gates is the best TE in the biz. I'd lose Edge for the final 2 weeks of the regular season and maybe 1 week of the playoffs seeing i have a Bye in Round 1. I need all the advise I can get. Thanks.

Guys, I have two possible offers for Fred Taylor. The 1st offer is Taylor for Marvin Harrison one for one. The other is Ronnie Brown and my choice of Joey Galloway, Keyshawn Johnson, Eric Moulds or Jimmy Smith for Taylor. Logic seems to say that I do the 2nd deal, but what do you all think? Also, our league allows different formations to be run. I usually run the full house, which is 3 RBs, 1 WR and 1 TE. But I can switch it 2 RBs and 3 WRs or 2 RBs, 2 WRs and 1 TE. Need to start either Den D or Atl D this week. Denver goes against Jax who will likely run the ball alot with Taylor. Atlanta goes against Minnesota who might air it out against Atl's battered secondary. Any thoughts?

The team getting Brooks and Droughns is the last place team, so they have the 1st overall FA pick. Problem is, there really isn't anyone on the WW. Hey guys, I commish a league where there has been a trade made. 1 team sent Aaron Brooks and Rueben Droughns to another owner for Mike Anderson and a Free Agent pick. (We run a FA draft every Sat where owners can pick up players off waivers 2 per week.) At 1st glance, it appears that the trade is very lopsided. In my opinion, Anderson and Droughns are equals, which makes the rest of the trade Brooks for a FA pick. I've had 5 owners already complain about the trade. My question is do you think this deal is lopsided enough to overturn it? Thanks for the help.

OK, I'm in need of a TE in my money league. I was offered McMichael for Bruce, but I'm hesitating cause I think Miami's Offense is too shaky while the Rams will be throwing the ball all day. Should I look to the waiver wire and grab someone like Pollard, Baker or Graham or should I make this trade. Vet, These 2 did conspire during the draft to help one another out. The guy who drafted Priest told his friend to pick up LJ so he wouldn't lose out on cuffing Priest.

Hey all, I'm in a 12 team league where 2 friends just made a trade. One guy traded Priest Holmes and Jimmy Smith for Clinton Portis and Reggie Wayne. The guy getting Priest drafted Larry Johnson before his friend did in hopes of trading him LJ or in hopes of forcing his hand and landing Priest, obvious grounds for collusion. I need some input as to whether this trade is deemed fair. Thanks for your help.
