I thought I'd mix it up this year and draft a touch differently than I normally do...... Here is what I ended up with.......i had the #6 pick in the draft and landed Michael Turner!! QB - Matt Ryan, Kyle Orton WR - Steve Smith, DeSean Jackson, Anthony Gonzalez, Donald Driver, Santana Moss RB - Michael Turner, Clinton Portis, Donald Brown, LeSean McCoy TE - Kellen Winslow, Kevin Boss K - Kyle Akers DEF - New York Giants I certainly gambled with my running backs however I like the potential upside....... Opinons? Comments?

I was offered Gates for Jacobs straight up PPR league...... I've already got Barber and Chris Johnson and Willie Parker to back up when he comes back. I've got no TE at all but Shockey who I'm not trusting to come back fully healthy for long......other than that it's stop gap for my TE.

I'm hesitant to start Cassel until he proves he can put up numbers. As of now, he's only thrown one TD and they're playing cautious with him. It wins football games but I'm not sure about fantasy numbers....

As tempted as I am to run Ricky WIlliams I think I'm going to go with Brandon Jacobs on week one.......I guess I gotta actually see something out of Ricky first.....he's done this to me too much in the past.

I personally wouldn't trade Plax for Thomas Jones but that's just me. Even though Walker is a question mark, and a big one I think you guys are pretty balanced at WR. Since you only play 2 I don't see any reason to be concerned at this point......Roy Williams and Andre Johnson aren't a bad 2 guys.....Let a couple weeks play out first.....

I've got options, which is nice however I'm a bit undecided and NYG plays tomorrow night. We do get PPR however I don't see that as a big decider with these two backs. I'm leaning Jacobs just cause I feel he may actually see the end zone as Willie will rush 99 yards and get pulled on the goal line....... I've got ....... OK, so I've got the #5 pick in our upcoming draft. Like most, there are so many options with this pick.......I really like what Maroney, Bush, and Westbrook can do.......My options are keep my spot however I've got my little brother who has the 10 pick......we're possibly working out a trade. Here is it as of now....... I trade 5 and 16 for his 10 and 11 pick. I also take his 3rd round for my 4th. Worth it?? I'm looking at a potential RB 1st rd - WR 2nd rd......my thinking would be to grab a solid back at 10, pick up S.Smith at 11 and then grab another back with the 3rd pick - go WR again with the 4th and QB with the 5th....... Thoughts?

right now it's raining in Green Bay per Weather.com @ 1:24 PST and looks to continue well into the game. Are you guys starting him regardless? I've also got Rattay against Cleveland I could use as well. I love Favre and what he 'could' do however if it's sloppy I see it turning into a ground battle....... Winds also look to be 10-12 mph......

I've got Rattay versus CLE - he has an amazing game last week versus a CHI defense and plays a weak one this week and I don't see much on the ground happening. I've got Hasselbeck versus San Diego - Seattle looks terrible, Hass gets sacked a lot and SD has an amazing defense. or....old man Favre against MIN on Thursday night...... where would ya think about going?? Competitions get 1, TD's 6 pts. ea.

I've got the choice of: Favre versus SF Hass versus AZ Anyone against SF looks great on paper. I don't care who wins, just who scores the most points. I have a feeling that Seattle may be running the balls a lot and managing the clock with a lead - that and Alexander may have a 2 TD day, not Hass. Favre has struggled however since GB is usually playing to stay in the game he throws a ton. I do play in a points per completion league, so even in garbage time Favres completition give me some icing on the cake...... What do you guys think?
