I have the same issue and I have pondered this all week (fantasy geek with nothing better to do). I am starting Cinnci over Pitt. The SF offense is the worst in the league so Cinnci should get turnovers and keep the score low. The Pitt game is suppose to be terrible weather wise and I am not so sure that Sacks and Int's will be a big factor. I figure that game will be kept on the ground so the hances of the sacks and Ints are limited. Cinnci D has played well as of late and I expect big things from them tonight. Please see mine.

you have to go Gore. SF starting a rookie qb will rely heavily on Gore and they are also playing against a terrible run D in Cinnci. Parker does not score TDs and the weather in Pitt is suppose to be terrible which will make it difficult to run. The Jax run D is very tough as well. I think it is a no brainer for you to start Gore.
