  1. I was watching the game and that hit. The guy watching it with me says he swore he saw Chatman get up thinking he was ok, and then his hand just flopped around like there was no wrist there and he went back down. His opinion is broken wrist. I haven't read up on it though, so I'm not sure. Tim
  2. I was thinking the same thing. Sapp started at tailback before Bell in preseason. Also, he came in this past week when Hall went down. My advice for you is to go after Sapp and laugh at the guy who took Mike Bell before you. Incidentally, weren't both Sapp AND Bell made to be Fullbacks? Yet Sapp has gotten the starts at that position. I'm sure I'm wrong on all this because no one is talking about it anywhere. Hope I'm right though... picked up Sapp on a hunch in my main league before Hall got injured. Tim
  3. well it's too late for me to get help for this week from the forum.. guess it's not as busy as I thought! I'm going to pick up Greg Ellis from Dallas, who is listed as a DE / LB in ESPN leagues. I'll hope he gets a hold of Donovan McNabb some this week. He's way down the list as a sleeper, but he's on a hot streak and I like his chances.
  4. He's currently 14th in our league. His tackles are great for consistency, but we only get points for solo tackles & big plays like stops behind the line of scrimmage or int's sacks, etc. I just started him for the 1st time this past week... 6 points. Not bad, but I feel that I can do better out of the position. Maybe he's the guy to hold onto though... that's what I need to figure out. I also have Zach Thomas sitting on my bench healing, so maybe he'll bust out too... the position I really need help is DL. I can't seem to find any luck. I made some mistakes earlier in the year like dropping Trent Cole after a couple lackluster performances (thinking it was just the Detroit game that was elevating his stats) Tim
  5. Hi, I just stumbled onto this forum - I can't believe the number crunching and IDP knowledge I've seen just browsing. I have been getting killed in my league because of my lack of IDP scoring. I am in a conventional league that also starts IDPs. We require 1 starter at DL, LB & DB and give points for return yardage Here are my current starters DL: Charles Grant (just picked up for this week... disappointment) LB: Patrick Willis DB: Terrence McGee (top DB in our league b/c of return stats) I need some help at DL and LB. These positions have been killing me all year. Point structure is as follows Solo Tackle: 1 Tackle for Loss: 1 Interception: 3 Passes Defensed: 1 Fumble Forced: 2 Fumble Recovered: 2 1/2 Sack: 1.5 (so full sack = 3) Def TD: 6 Blocked kick: 2 Safety: 3 Here is who is on waivers currently at DL & LB. Who do you think I should target and are they better than who I have (Willis & Grant)? I have room to target one guy at each position. DL Top Ten Elvis Dumervil , Den DE Dewayne White, Det DE Darryl Tapp, Sea DE Calvin Pace, Ari DE Tommie Harris, Chi DT Mario Williams, Hou DE Chris Kelsay, Buf DE Jarret Johnson, Bal DE Paul Spicer, Jac DE Jovan Haye, TB DE Other available DL notables Michael Strahan, NYG DE John Abraham, Atl DE Adewale Ogunleye, Chi DE LB Top Ten Donnie Edwards, KC LB Antonio Pierce, NYG LB Derrick Johnson, KC LB D.J.
