  1. Go with Amendola against Washington. Jets D will give Ben a hard time. If the Broncos sacked Ben 5 times then Jets are surely going to do it as well. Check out mine please? http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/385089-trade-miles-desean-for-sjax/
  2. 10-Team Auction Keeper League (Foster was a keeper at $31 - drafted him at $6 2 yrs ago and I got Brees in this year's draft for $46) My Team: D. Brees A. Foster J. Charles S. Jackson T. Smith E. Decker A. Gates Jets D/ST Greg The Leg B. Tate P. Hillis M. Bush K. Britt K. Ogletree His Team: P. Manning F. Gore S. Greene B. Lloyd A. Johnson D. Thomas J. Finley Patriots D/ST M. Crosby RG3 R. Helu M. Austin S. Johnson D. Jackson He's offering me Miles and DeSean for my SJax. I kinda like the deal but that would mean I'd have to start 2 RBs and 3 WRs -- something I wanted to avoid heading into this season. Miles and DeSean would easily be the best WRs on my team and I still would keep Foster, what do you think? Worth the gamble? I could probably trade few of my WRs to get another RB. Thoughts/Advices are much appreciated!
  3. I am in the same EXACT situation with the same QBs (along with Big Ben's bye). I am facing my league's #1 seeded team (I am #2) so i really need to take him down to be in good shape for the playoffs... the Jets may be good vs the pass but they are soft against the run. With that said, I am also starting Tebow. (Hopefully Turner runs all day for Atlanta to make me feel better on Sunday should Tebow do badly.)
  4. Drop Battle, KC's rushing offense still has problems. But I don't think it'll be long before Pierre Thomas goes back to being the 3rd guy when Ingram gets healthy and Ivory gets thrown into the mix. If I were you, I'd stay put. (Drop Battle for Thomas if you *really* need RB help this week.)
  5. I agree, I think I would feel a lot better starting Tebow as he would get some nice points from rushing alone. Thanks everyone for your opinions!
  6. Take the Fitz/Witten trade, you'd still have Megatron and that's definitely a boost in both WR and TE. Both DJax and VJax don't seem consistent enough these weeks. http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=366787
  7. I think Ward will get some decent yardage this week against the Cards as they may focus on Wallace enough to give Hines enough targets. Not sure if Cruz will stay consistent, he's more of a boom and bust. http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=366787
  8. I'd take Holmes as well. I don't think Hardesty will get more than 15 touches or at least 60 yards. http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=366787
  9. I like Greg Little here as Tennessee's offense will try to get CJ2k back on track this week since he has had great history vs the Texans. McCoy is starting to mesh with him, it's not long before Little gets his TDs. http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=366787
  10. I'm getting mindf*cked in so many ways since both are great starts but who has the better upside this week? Post a link to your question, I will answer it. Thanks in advance.
  11. Outshined - Yes it was a keeper league, an auction draft too -- I got Foster for $6 last year so it was a major steal and he is now valued at $26 after couple years. I also got Nicks for $1 last year. Nicks will definitely be my keeper again this year, but I felt like I had to part ways with Foster since I don't think he'll have another season like last year. bostonsoxandy - I hope so too!
  12. I already pulled the trigger and gave him Arian Foster for Chris Johnson, we were both 0-3 in our non-PPR league and felt like we needed to take a leap of faith and make a change. I didn't like the way Foster was headed with that questionable hammy and the fact that Ben Tate is clearly a great back up and could eat into Foster's workload this the season, the Texans have Andre as well. I wanted to see whether my friend would give up CJ. I'm hoping that with the loss of Britt, CJ may just step up and see better games out there. I just wanted to post in here to see your opinions on this trade, was it a good move by me, etc? My Team QB Joe Flacco RB Adrian Peterson RB Chris Johnson RB/WR Michael Turner WR Hakeem Nicks WR Steve Smith TE Jason Witten D/ST Bears K Dan Bailey B Matt Ryan B Santana Moss B David Nelson B Dexter McCluster B Dallas Clark His Team QB Matthew Stafford RB Daniel Thomas RB Arian Foster RB/WR Reggie Wayne WR Greg Jennings WR Denarius Moore TE Brandon Pettigrew D/ST Ravens K Sebastian Janikowski B Cam Newton B Beanie Wells B Antonio Gates B Deion Branch B Texans
  13. He's available on my waiver wire and is still owned in all leagues... what's the deal? Do we give him another week before giving up on him? Thoughts anyone?
  14. My league had Daniel Thomas available on the wire but someone took him before I could, so I grabbed McCluster. I'm pretty sure he'll still get more points than Bush in KC's messy offense.
