I have the following options to keep in my 12 team league. I can keep 2. I think Conner is a no brainer. Curious everyones opinion on the remaining ones. I have the 12th pick in the draft. Format is below:
1 QB/ 2 RB/ 2 WR/ 1 TE/ 1 FLEX (RB/WR/TE)
1 pt per 25 yds passing
1 pt per 10 yds rush
1 pt per 10 yds rec
PPR
All TDs 6 pts
Luck in the 9th
Conner in the 12th
Mack in the 5th
Edelman in the 13th
Too many games last year in which he scored single digit points. Dion Lewis is still there and I don't trust him to be productive consistently when you could use that pick on steadier production
I figure Kelce is a no brainer considering he would be my 14th and will probably be a top 4 TE - I am just torn between Hopkins, Hilton, Blue (due to Foster injury), and Landry (came on strong last year and Wallace is gone)
I am also 11th pick in the draft (snake)
I would go with Charles. There is plenty of value at WR position later in the draft. I believe the drop off from Tier 1 RBs to Tier 2 is a larger gap than it would be for WRs. Just my thought
I could use some advice on keepers that I have to decide on. I can keep 3 of the players listed below. I dont want to say who I am leaning towards. I would really like to see what everyone else's thoughts are. This is a standard PPR League w 12 teams. The number is parentheses is the round I forfeit for that player.
Tom Brady (7)
Alfred Blue (10)
TY Hilton (6)
Deandre Hopkins (6)
Charles Johnson (10)
Jarvis Landry (10)
Travis Kelce (14)
I am the 11th pick of the draft (snake). Any opinions would be great. If you would like to elaborate on why you would take those 3, I would love to see what everyone's thought process is on them. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.
Appreciate the insight. I will look at the rosters and see if anyone is hurting in the RB category. Those were the starters I was originally thinking, just not sure on my flex
I would go with Bernard. The Ravens defense is not what it used to be and Ivory has CJ2K to contend with for carries. Gio is the main guy in Cincy. His homerun ability is worth a flier too
The only reason to do it only bc your RBs are weak and you basically have 2 studs at WR - then again, those 2 would give you an advantage over your opponent pretty much every week. I think Jennings could end up being a low RB1 high RB2 and Mathews could be solid as well (health permitting) My personal opinion would be to wait and see what happens with your RBs before you pull the trigger on a stud like Green
