Title says it all. I am leaning towards Reed this week due to the way he has been performing. 90 yards last week and had the potential to up that score with a touchdown. Rob hasn't been doing as well I thought he would, and now he has a hamstring injury to add to his other two ailments. Thoughts?

Jones is out and Roddy White has not showed up all season. With a performance like Douglas put on this week I see him getting plenty of touches for the rest of the season. Rivers has been great this year and Allen had a slow start being a rookie. Though they aren't Thomas, they are solid WR options. You can't give up Charles.

I do not think you will be able to get a top RB for Mathews and Cruz. Tough seeing that happen but I would stay put and search the wire for some upcoming WR potential to bench. You already have Allen and Douglas, start them in place of Cruz and Brown?

Given your record, if I were you I would bite the bullet and figure out who to drop, looks like you may have no choice but to drop Harvin. Look around the league and see if you can pull together a trade that fills your spots for this week, thus giving you a better TE than you could get on the wire? Maybe?

I also agree with this. I would still make thew trade in your position even if he declines the extra receiver portion of the trade. Hard to do but I think it would be worth it in the long term.

Whats your record? Hard to drop any of them, I think I'd go no kicker dependent upon week 8 match-up and current record.
