  1. I am thinking of doing this trade, but finding it hard to get rid of Steven Jackson. I am happy with the depth of my RB when they get healthy (if ever). I am trading away Steven Jackson (RB) and Kenbrell Thompkins (WR) for Matthew Stafford (QB) and Julian Edelman (WR). Full PPR, my team is in my signature. Here is the other guys team: QB: Matthew Stafford RB: Jamaal Charles RB: Daryl Richardson WR: Calvin Johnson WR: Wes Welker WR: Julian Edelman TE: Coby Fleener W/R/T: Eddie Royal K: Justin Tucker DEF: Baltimore BN: Roddy White BN: Kyle Rudolph (TE) BN: Miles Austin (WR) BN: Justin Blackmon (WR) BN: Alex Smith (QB) BN: Philip Rivers (QB) Should I do this trade? I'm on the fence about it I would just like some other opinions. Thanks.
  2. I actually just traded Demaryius Thomas for Spiller in my PPR league, and also have Rice. To be honest I think it's a coin flip but I would give the edge to Rice personally. He's a more dominant back when healthy and so involved in the passing game, is the goal line guy, and always just seems to get double digit points in PPR. Spiller is great too but the time share is of concern. Also Jackson has been more effective lately. I would go by whoever your gut tells you because it's a pretty even trade in my opinion.
  3. Well the situation settled itself, someone bought the team. I thought it was ridiculous that the guy quit but it is what it is. He said he doesn't play in leagues where trades get vetoed. I think it's fair that the league should be able to vote on the trade and if half the league doesn't think it's fair then it shouldn't happen. That's just me though.
  4. Yeah thanks for the input. I think I'm just going to leave his roster as is and just set the best projected players every week. The only time I will need to change it is if there is someone with an injury.
  5. So I'm the commish in a 12 team league. It's a money league and we all pay $40 ahead of time. The rules for trading are if half of the league veto's a trade then it doesn't go through. One of the teams had a trade accepted, which was later vetoed. The person says he is quitting the league and he wants his money back. I can't just take off all the wins and not count them because some of us play him twice. Does anyone know of a solution to this? The guy says if I take his team over he wants his money back. Here's the trade in case anyone's curious: Team A: sends: Darren McFadden, Hakeem Nicks, and Willis McGahee Team B: sends; Matt Forte and BenJarvis Green-Ellis (sp?) Team A is quitting because the trade got vetoed.
  6. I need help at RB, should I trade away Demaryius Thomas for Hakeem Nicks and Darren McFadden? I am desperate at RB I have Ray Rice and Steven Jackson. I have Jordy Nelson and Reggie Wayne at WR.
  7. No way don't do that... You're giving up the best WR in the league, you should be getting one of the best RB's in the league.
  8. I have Tony Romo and he just got banged up. I don't have any backups and the only QBs worth adding are Philip Rivers and Brandon Weeden. Should I drop someone for a QB or just wait and see what happens? I was thinking of dropping Michael Floyd or Montee Ball. It's a PPR league. QB- Tony Romo RB- Ray Rice RB- Steven Jackson WR- Demaryius Thomas WR- Reggie Wayne WR- Jordy Nelson TE- Jordan Cameron W/R/T- Kenbrell Thompkins BN- Montee Ball BN- Jared Cook BN- Michael Floyd BN- Le'veon Bell BN- Joique Bell BN- Josh Gordon My bench performed very well this week so it's tough to decide who to drop, or if I should drop anyone at all. Thanks in advance...
