Even with megatron and bush injured?

My WR's are D Jackon, Nicks, M Evans, and M Floyd. Have been costing me games. Just got offered G Tate and A Dalton for A Rogers. I'm in a 2 starting QB league and right now I have Rogers and Foles with Fitzpatrick on the bench. Dalton is having a bad game as I type this but has been pretty good the past few weeks. Thoughts? Not sure there are any good WR's on waiver or not.

About to be 2-2 in my ppr league. I seem to lack good points from WR's but Spiller has been consistant with touches giving me decent points (averaging about 22/week). Yahoo advice claims he's going to lose touches in the future. Bush is averaging about 15 pts/week and Tate 17 pts/week in my league. Seems like Bush and Tate got more work than usual last week due to some injuries. What do you guys think?
