  1. Remaining Schedule Johnson w/ opp defense rank (high = better def) Phi 27 at Pit 30 Balt 23 Wash 21 Clev 3 Holmes SD 14 Cinn 11 at NE 9 Dall 13 at Balt 23 at Tenn 31
  2. 1. Pick up Santana Holmes and waive Chad Johnson 2. Pass on Santana Holmes and keep Chad Johnson Non PPR Above would play for flex positions 1 pt per 20 6 pts TD Thanks Mike Lydle
  3. Well, I'm in the same boat. I picked up Manning against a weak Redskin pass defense. What I'm going to do, is check out the pre game weather, if it's 25mhp winds with heavy snow, then I'll probably go with Manning. If about 10-15 mph winds with little snow, I'll probably go with Anderson. My league counts -3 for interceptions and I don't want a 1 td 190 yards passing and 3 interceptions game from Anderson. And Anderson's strength is his long ball, which with high winds, might be more of a jump ball I'd use Kitna under the same circumstances. Hope this helps.
  4. This from Sporting News: The weather doesn't look as nice in Cleveland. Possibly heavy snow and winds around 20 mph are expected during the game, and that could mean heavier doses of Jamal Lewis and Marshawn Lynch for the Browns and Bills, respectively. Snow also may be a factor in Pittsburgh, where 1-3 inches are expected Sunday. Use your best judgment, and keep those eyes glued to the Sunday morning weather reports as you make your decisions. I picked up Eli Manning just in case.
  5. I have Anderson starting in playoff game. High winds, up to 25mph and snow predicted. And, Anderson has a strength at long balls, weakness with the short pass. Bad weather = more short passes, increase interception probability My other QB is Cutler, who played Thursday. Should I bench Anderson for any of these guys? Tarvaris Jackson at home vs Chi, last 3 games of 12, 18, 12; facing maybe ok Chi pass defense at home Eli Manning at home Todd Collins at NYG Kyle Boller at Mia Kyle Orton at Minn Suggestions?
  6. I have V. Davis, LJ Smith, and Heap. I'm leaning towards dropping Heap. He's had one good game, is hurt, but has a pretty good rapport with a crappy QB, Boller. While, LJ Smith is healthy, has a good rapport with a good QB, and is playing for a fat contract next year.
  7. Should I: trade E. James for A. Gates or trade Ryan Grant for A Gates or trade L. White for A. Gates My roster (start 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 RB/WR Westbrook E. James L. White R. Grant K. Keith Chad Johnson Roy Williams Lee Evans D. Bowe C. Chambers 6pts TD 1 pt per 20 yard rush/receive Other guy is only interested in a RB On one hand R. Grant is least well known, but actually has been hot lately E. James hasn't been hot, and is losing red zone rushes L. White had a bad game, but has been getting TD's lately I don't think he would go for K. Kieth Should I make the trade? My current TE is Vernon Davis and Todd Heap, with LJ Smith on the free agent market
  8. is Leon Washington in my league: 1 pt per 20 rush/pass yards 6 pts per TD 1 pt per 25 yards return 6 pt Return TD Currently 10th rated RB, ahead of the likes of Frank Gore, Reggie Bush, Willie Parker with a 6.9 per game average Pts scored per game 5 0 10 10 12 4 7
  9. Need to cut one: Phillip Rivers - every game I've lost I've started him, but Chambers added to easier schedule might be good spot starter. Lee Evans - busted out late last year but has had games of 0 0 0 3 0 and schedule doesn't get that much easier Darrell Jackson - busted out even more than Evans late last year but was in Seattle; games of 4 3 3 1 0 My roster QB Derek Anderson RB Westbrook RB E. James RB L. White RB Leon Washington (1 pt per 25 yards return) RB Kenton Keith WR Chad Johnson WR Roy Williams WR D. Bowe WR C. Chambers WR Lee Evans WR D. Jackson Start 2 RB 2 WR 2 Flex Have to cut one to pick up QB.
  10. My other 2 QB's are Pennington and Campbell. Delhomme, Garcia, Carr, Green, and others available on waiver wire.
  11. I'd lean slightly toward Pennington, he'll throw some TD's. I'll probably start him over Rivers. Long term I'm thinking about picking up Anderson over Garthia and Campbell.
  12. Also, it's 6 pts per TD passing, 1 pt per 25 yards passing, 1 pt per 20 yards rush/receiving.
  13. No, my full roster (I'm 2-2) Rivers Pennington Westbrook James L. White Washington Chad Johnson Roy Williams Lee Evans D. Bowe Mark Clayton plus defense and K. I might drop Toomer if I make the trade, I like Washington cause he pitches in 3 pts or so each game for kick and punt returns. Thanks
