Unfair trade?

In a 12 team money league with friends. I just lost David Johnson and have Lamar Miller, Rob Kelley and Giovani Bernard for depth. Our trade policy is when a trade is accepted between two teams, each owner texts the GM and it is to be pushed through. If the GM seems it to be unfair he lets it go to a vote. The GM said it was a fishy trade and is letting it go to a vote. What do you think?

 

I sent Brandon Marshall and Giovani Bernard

                                                                            The Trade was Accepted

I receive Marshawn Lynch and Matt Forte.
