oG1KeNoBi
What's up everyone? In a standard league with 14 owners.... Trading Away: Todd Gurley Gary Barnidge Ty Montgomery Receiving: Rob Gronkowski Jonathan Stewart MY line-up QB: Brees RB: Gurley, Murray, Elliot (w/ Morris), Rodgers WR: Hilton, Hopkins, Montgomery, Diggs TE: Barnidge K: Bailey D/ST: Stream HIS line-up: QB: Brady RB: Forte, Stewart, McCoy (w/ Gillislee), Powell WR: Green, Benjamin, Coleman, Boldin, Snead TE: Gronkowski K: Gostkowski D/ST: Philadelphia Personal Take: I know Gurley has been underwhelming this season but the volume of touches/opportunities are there and I like his strength (or lack) of schedule. Gronk is Gronk and can always get me points in any game no matter what match-up. Don't know if this changes anything but Jared Goff will reportedly get increased practice time with the first-team offense during their bye week and before their game vs CAR. Appreciate any and all advice. Leave links so I can return the favor. Edited October 25, 2016 by oG1KeNoBi
mrjmoneybags
Absolutely take this trade! Gronk is a huge TE upgrade and you have Elliot and Murray to hold down your RB positon with Jstew being a solid backup. My advice would then be to trade Rodgers to the Doug Martin owner for some WR depth to replace your loss of Montgomery
Raiders76
Keep Gurley.
oG1KeNoBi
Appreciate it so far. Also have a possible trade involving Gurley and Diggs for Julio Jones. Still deciding on which one to propose... or if I should stay where I'm at.
kauffmic32
I'd say keep Gurley, as well. I think Ty Montgomery's role won't decrease, at least in the next few weeks. He proved himself last year, and I think the pack just remembered they had him on the roster.
tylcook13
I like that trade except for the part where it leaves you even weaker at receiver. It might also hurt you at Flex the same amount you gain at TE? Edited October 25, 2016 by tylcook13

oG1KeNoBi
Agreed I would take Julio over Gronk all day Appreciate the input. I'd take Julio over Gronk all day too, but I'm getting Stewart along with Gronk so I'll have Stewart available as a flex play or bye weeks. Maybe Jones by himself is worth it. Definitely thinking about both.
oG1KeNoBi
UPDATE!!! Just traded with the Doug Martin owner who was pretty desperate to get WR depth. Gave him: RB (and handcuff/starter): Jacquizz Rodgers, WR: Montgomery, Diggs Received: WR Julio Jones Only in his situation is it not a trade rape just because he'll need to start all 3. Or maybe it still is... Hey its fantasy football- straight cutthroat lol. So now Gurley/Barnidge for Gronk is still available. Should I stay with Gurley or go for Gronk?
