tom23li
Hi, I'm in a 9 team league, and I pick third. So far I'm rather happy with my picks but am looking for advice on what to choose next. Snake draft, non-keeper, pretty standard scoring, 2rb, 2wr, 1 flex. Here's my team RB- Larry Johnson, Ronnie Brown WR- Steve Smith, Larry Fitzgerald This is the crucial point I think....I can hold off on a QB, cause I'm high on Eli, Kitna, and Leinert, and they are all still available (with Young as a backup), but want to strengthen up either rb or wr, while I can still get a top notch starter. Here is who is remaining who I find tempting (though some may not make it to my pick). RB- Maurice Jones-Drew, Deuce Mcallister, Brandon Jacobs, Thomas Jones, Adman Green, Marshawn Lynch, Peterson, Carnell Williams. WR- Randy Moss, Colston, Lee Evans, Andre Johnson, Donald Driver, Plaxico, Hines Ward. I have a ways until my sixth round pick, so this player should be my flex pick, but I also want to hedge against an ineffective or injured starter above. Also when my next picks come along (sixth or seventh), I'm going to pick a QB, so I may not be able to strengthen both positions right away. I'm leaning towards either Jones-Drew, Deuce, or Jacobs (I'm not so familiar with Jones-Drew, but am high on Jacobs) for RB and Moss or Johnson for WR, but not sure who to pull the trigger on. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Here's why there's less of a difference in production in wr's and seems like there's still quite a few left while imo there's a big drop off after MJD, Jacobs and even T Jones. tom23li
Thanks for all your advice. Colston seems like a one year scorer to me. I am leaning towards rb, but still not sure. I know I have lots of options and some may disappear by the time I pick, but for rbs I'm not sure if Jones-Drew, Deuce, or Jacobs would be best. I'm leaning towards JAcobs, but will have to see.
