What the hell is a three strike yer out policy for violent crimes? This guy was already convicted of rape and murder. Cali...you guys aren't serious about anything.

Had a similar incident happen 5 minutes down the road from me a couple years ago. The guy slashed up his wife, He then went to his son who was outside and stabbed him numerous times with a samurai sword. It was the little boys 11th birthday.

So a woman is being chased around the parking lot, stabbed, and then lays there to die and not one person was willing to help? Did none of them own a gun? Could 3 -4 guys not rush him at once and pin him to the ground?

I certainly would not want to go in alone but I would think that serveral of them could rush in at the same time and do something.

 

Of course, I have a weapon and would have went in the house to get it. Gun>knife
