msmith379
I have Julius Jones on my team as a backup RB and I am fed up with his production. I am wanting to drop him right now and pick up another RB that might give me a chance should one of my top RBs get hurt. Right now I have LT and Chris Johnson starting. Ray Rice and JJ on the bench. Below are the top FA Rbs. Le'Ron McClain (Bal - RB) Sammy Morris (NE - RB) Derrick Ward (NYG - RB) Warrick Dunn (TB - RB) Jerious Norwood (Atl - RB) Jonathan Stewart (Car - RB) Chester Taylor (Min - RB) Edgerrin James (Ari - RB) Fred Jackson (Buf - RB) Felix Jones (Dal - RB) My leanings are towards Morris, Ward, Dunn, or Stewart. Thank you for your help.

WashingtonD
Unfortunately we have absolutely no idea what is wrong with Sammy except that "its not season ending" not exactly what you want to hear about a potential waiver wire pick up. I'd rank them as follows for potential as a good fill in player - 1) Felix Jones - has a bye week, then hopefully will be back, can be a game breaker and they are going to need to spell Marion Barber, downside is they face tough defenses 2) J Stewart - Not an especially tough schedule, had a bye week to continue to heal up, is in a carry share situation, but tends to get the short yardage calls 3) Chester Taylor - 3rd down back, an injury to AP away from start every week status 4) Derrick Ward - Guaranteed carries each week, worth a spot start against poor defenses, shares carries with not only starter Jacobs, but also third string Bradshaw 5) Sammy - Worth a shot if you can wait another few weeks for the de facto starter in NE 6) Norwood - 3rd down back, valuable in PPR Good Luck!
