Butkus1
I'm in a bit of a quandry. I have Joesph Addai on my roster and I am being offered Donald Brown and Nate Burleson for one of my 2 QB's. The guy is looking for a good bye week replacement for Schaub. He wants either McNabb or Jay Cutler. I like having Brown as a handcuff to Addai should either get injured. Since we play 3 receivers having Burleson will allow some match up plays if I so desire. The question is which QB do I part with? Which one appears to be a better keep and play as a starter for the rest of the season? Any comments or thoughts would be very helpful..........Thanks! jordanzs
Dang, I dunno. I'm not impressed with Cutler. I have Donald Brown on 3 of my teams, I thought Addai was gonna be a bust. Turns out to be the opposite, I think that having Brown in the equation keeps Addai fresher.
splotchman
What does the rest of your team look like? It's hard to say if you need Brown or Burleson until we see the rest of your team. I'd probably say yes but let's see your team first. Please see mine - http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?show...p;#entry2995837

splotchman
Basically if you complete this trade you transfer the risk of your team from RB to QB. Because McNabb does a lot of high risk plays, he gets injured a lot. As a result, you need a good backup like Cutler. I would definitely not trade McNabb. However, one thing you might do if you like the trade is to make the trade as is, then pick up Kevin Kolb so at least you have a solid backup QB if McNabb goes down. I'd probably hold tight honestly with what you have.
