Maroney should do OK, but even with Miami's injuries on D, he hasn't exactly dazzled against any D. Especially since it's PPR, both are good plays (because they'll get their carries at least), but I like Charles better for yards, catches, and maybe even a TD or two, which is much more than I can say for sure about Maroney. If you had a stud to play, I wouldn't start Charles until he proves himself, but he looks like your best option, and should do just fine.
