i am in a 12 team dynasty league.

 

Scoring- 1 point per 25 passing yards. 4 per passing td. .1 pt per rushing yard. 6 pt per rushing td. Tackles = 2 points INT- 5 Pts

Line up: 2 QBS, 2 Rbs, 3 WRS, 1 TE, 2 Flex (RB,WR,TE), 1 KR, 1 PK, 2 DL, 4 LBS, 4 DBS

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

What's your starting lineup requirements?

 

If you play 2QBs each week, then yes, take one of those QBs.

 

If your starting lineup requires 1 QB, then your team only needs 3QBs......Rodgers, his backup, and any scrub to fill on on Green Bay's bye week. How does your waiver wire look?

 

At 1.4, I would draft a WR. Whoever the #2 dynasty WR is gonna be (Demaryius Thomas, Benn, or Tate. I have a feeling it's gonna be Thomas), plan on getting them. Of course if Dez Bryant falls to 1.4, then grab him, but if Dez goes in the 1st 3 picks, then Spiller, Matthews and/or Best will also go. Leaving you a solid WR choice. Remember last year (throwing out Heyward-Bey), Crabtree was the consensus #1, but Maclin & Nicks are looking great for the long haul. Harvin & Britt look good too. You need the 2010 version of Maclin or Nicks.

I just talked to the guy who has 1.3 and hes drafting bradford. I would only start 1 QB per week then, but be able to draft bryant. I will now try to move up to 1.1 so i can draft bradford.

In a 12 team league, for your team to be average on your stock of WRs, you should have 1 top 12 WR, 1 12-24 WR, and 1 24-36 ranked WR. So of the top 36 dynasty WRs, you should have 3 of them.

 

The way I see it, you have only 1 (Colston). I would rank Morgan #2 at about the 35 mark. A Gonz could possibly rebound, but I'll believe it when I see it.

 

Get yourself another stud dynasty WR!

How does your waiver wire look for QBs? Can you grab Whitehurst, Dennis Dixon, or Troy Smith? I'd rather have them on a roster than Ladell Betts. Or could you trade Tomlinson or Caddy or a Whitehurst or Henne type of QB? If QBs are that scarce, then I'd be happy to give away LT for one.

 

Yeah with 2 starting QBs, would be good to make sure you get Bradford or Clausen.

 

I would try to make trades that inch you up for your 2.4 pick. Even baby steps like Berrian+2.4 for a 2.1 or similar. Get yourself in line to get a WR with the 2nd round pick.
