KP's Experience with "The Master Cleanse Diet"

This diet sounds like nonsense. Im in my early 20s too and have put on some pounds since moving away for college. I have been eating low carbs(just in the morning and lunch), eating lean meats such as chicken breast, lean ground beef, tuna, etc. I stay away from cokes and mainly only drink water. I only drink Friday and Saturday and eat very very low carbs on that day, and usually stick to liquor with coke zero for a mixer/chaser.

 

I've been working out with weights 3 times a week and cardio 2 times a week. My body has transformed into a pudgey one into a fairly tight ripped core. Still a lot of work to go though...I suggest heading over to bodybuilding.com they have so many meal plans, and workouts, and a forum to ask questions.
