Flip_Side Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 This diet sounds like nonsense. Im in my early 20s too and have put on some pounds since moving away for college. I have been eating low carbs(just in the morning and lunch), eating lean meats such as chicken breast, lean ground beef, tuna, etc. I stay away from cokes and mainly only drink water. I only drink Friday and Saturday and eat very very low carbs on that day, and usually stick to liquor with coke zero for a mixer/chaser. I've been working out with weights 3 times a week and cardio 2 times a week. My body has transformed into a pudgey one into a fairly tight ripped core. Still a lot of work to go though...I suggest heading over to bodybuilding.com they have so many meal plans, and workouts, and a forum to ask questions.
