Or have you gone through the process and suceeded? Thanks. I have a friend who works at the patent office and I've had a friend go through the process of getting something patented. They both say the same thing, hire a good patent attorney. It will cost you up to $20K but not having to spend the time to research other possible patents on a similar idea is well worth it.
