We just had our draft last night. Our commish will have the rosters set online today or tomorrow. The league is a 14 team PPR and I did not have the best draft ever.

 

Those of you in 12-14 team leagues, who are you seeing out there in free agent land that you think would help my team?

RB-D. Williams, T. Hightower, J. Forsett, K. Higgins

Occasiobally you'll see these guys floating on the wire after the dust settles.

 

WR Devin Aromashodu

QB Michael Vick (Kolb handcuff if you can hold a 3rd or 4th QB?)

RB Marshawn Lynch (sometimes everyone just steers clear of him - trade rumor? ankle?)

RB Montario Hardesty (because he's been totally invisible with knee injury, out of sight - out of mind)

RB Rashad Jennings (I love him as a last-pick kind of guy)

WR Davone Bess

WR Brandon LLoyd

WR Nate Washington

TE Aaron Hernandez

K Dan Carpenter (overlooked a lot but man he can smack it)

Actually your team is pretty good for a 14 team league. Hightower could get you some good points being a reception league. TE is only thing that concerns me. I just have a bad feeling about him this year. Who is your back up?

For TE I usually don't draft a backup TE. I can usually get someone for the bye week, or if there is an injury (same for Def, K).

 

Our league just expanded. We have had 12 for the past few years. I am used to having a team with better depth than this one. I guess I am not used to the larger format.

 

As a follow up-K. Higgins was my last pick "flyer" guy. Do you think Jennings is a better bet?
