Yindyen
Ladies and Gentlemen, This is my first time playing a draft fantasy football league because ive been deployed overseas so i'm looking to see how i've done and any pointers/advice you can give. I choose yahoo as my league. 8 Person league, I was the lucky 8th pick in the first round. Roster Positions: QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN Scoring is as follows: Passing Yards 25 yards per point Passing Touchdowns 4 Interceptions -1 Rushing Yards 10 yards per point Rushing Touchdowns 6 Reception Yards 10 yards per point Reception Touchdowns 6 Return Touchdowns 6 2-Point Conversions 2 Fumbles Lost -2 Offensive Fumble Return TD 6 QB: Drew Brees, Eli Manning (backup) WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Steve Smith (car), Michael Crabtree, Derrick Mason (backup), Dez Bryant (backup) RB: Frank Gore, Arian Foster, CJ Spiller (backup) TE: Antonio Gates, Kellen Winslow (backup) K: Ryan Longwell, Adam Vinatieri (backup) D: San Fransisco (no backup) One mistake I made was that I have two of my starting receivers having bye's on the same week (Smith and Fitzgerald) which I had to drop my backup defense in order to get another receiver to cover for week 6. Any advice received would be greatly appreciated and best of luck to everyone!
JUMbotron
Everyone fires howitzers in 8-team leagues so it's really hard to say "You could have done better here" or "Your RBs are weak".... What I can say is Brees and Gore (your picks 1.8 and 2.1?) are right down my alley. I believe Steve Smith (Car) will surprise people because Matt Moore is better than advertised.
