DrDigital
I am considering trading Steven Jackson and getting Reggie Wayne?? My league is a QB 3/WR 2RB settup. I like Jackson but I am feeling a bit weak on my WRS. MY WRS ARE: Miles Austin Mike Sims-Walker Bernard Berrian Mike Williams MY RBS ARE: Frank Gore Steven Jackson Arian Foster C.J. Spiller I feel like either foster or spiller can fill in that RB2 spot??? What do you guys think.
delfamdelfam
I wouldn't do it, it kinda seems like a sideways move to me and if you like Jackson then I'd keep him. Also I like Spiller more as a backup that you can play against bad defenses rather than a RB3 or flex.
AoDay
Think about it this way. Would you feel comfortable with Foster or Spiller as one of your starting RBs? I wouldn't. Foster has yet to prove himself in a regular season, and Spiller is a rookie. That doesn't mean I don't think they aren't going to do well but I would never start an unproven player. Miles is a WR1, MSW is a solid WR2, your weakness at WR is at WR3 which is less important than your RB2. Plus Berrian has had some experience and will be the second WR in MIN and possibly starting WR if Harvin's illness forces him out. I would just stay put for now. If Spiller or Foster put up good numbers in the first couple of games I would consider trading SJax for a top WR, because it is less likely that his value will decline as opposed to your bench RBs. conian
Don't trade too quick. Your roster is good and you should'nt trade if you don't need to.
