slimshady31
Vikings Homers, Is there any optimism that Sidney Rice may be back in the lineup by week 8 or 9 back from the bum hip, and will Chilly ease him back into the starting lineup or what? Just wondering if he's even worth gambling on, stashing on the IR in hopes that come mid-season he finds himself onto the field again. He'd sure make my starting WR combo a force, with Fitz-Megatron and then Rice and my #3 and send Bowe and Mason to the bench. But is it really worth shuttling one of my low end WR picks from the draft (either Massaquoi or Aromashodu) just yet or should I hope no one picks him off the WW this week or next and see if I can fly below the radar for a few weeks then try to pick him up in week 4 or 5? I guess I'm asking if its a sneaky good move at this point or hopelessly optimistic to expect anything out of him (Rice) after he comes back

troublez
I picked him up on an ESPN league and have him sitting in IR. Although My league is a keeper league and I got him in the 14th I'm looking to keep him as a sleeper for next year. If he comes back for the playoffs this year good for me, I'll take a look. I would NOT count on him thought for this year. If you have an IR spot in your league and can get him late hes worth it.
