jrandall Posted October 14, 2010 Share Posted October 14, 2010 I really need a QB, Vick got hurt and Palmer has a bye. Campbell, Freeman, and Hill are on waivers (they clear tomorrow morning). Every other startable QB is picked up. I got an offer of Smith for Vick. It would help me right now, but not so much during playoffs. Should I take the trade, pick up from waivers, or try for someone else. 12 man league, start 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1rb/wr, 1te, 1k, 1d. Mostly standard scoring, not ppr, 6 points per passing touchdown. My team: QB: Vick, Palmer RB: C. Johnson, M. Turner, P. He's horrid right now, any good performance he has put up has been in garbage time when D's play cover 2. I'd take a flier on Hill.. He'll throw his picks, but he'll be throwing.. all.. night.. long. Yardage and TDs are almost guaranteed. See what goes on with C.Johnson before starting him. If I were you, I'd be starting Hill/Stafford(when he gets back) over Smith for the rest of the season, unless Crabtree continues to step up.
